Here is a little snippet from my front window. We actually have just a bit of a break in the weather now(like the eye of a storm) but the clouds are beginning to move in again as I type. We have been getting pounded with snow all morning although the kids had school this morning as did I. It did not last long , and I am now snug at home with 1/2 a day off to to peek at my matchboxes that just arrived. Mr Postman actually found me at the school this morning and delivered to me my matchboxes from the Countdown to Christmas swap I am in over at A swap for all seasons. I had a bit of a worry last night thinking they were lost in the post somewhere but no worries now as they are safe with me. Of course my daughter had to run her hands through the bag of nicely wrapped matchboxes begging to open them. So we did number 1 since today is day 1 of the swap reveal.
My beautiful little matchbox was made by Jenna.
In it was a delightful little ornament and 2 stamps. So cute. To see my number 1 matchbox that I made you can pop over to Patty's blog. Ohhh I can't wait till tomorrow for the next one. Its like christmas already.
We even got this great little goody bag from Linda who runs the swap. How nice was that.
Now I am off to check out what other projects need my work at the moment. Hope you have a lovely day and if you are in the UK please stay warm and safe as the snow is beginning again. Angela
