This week over at MAWTT the challenge #99 is to use a provided sketch. Above is the card I made for the challenge. I used Reminisce papers and Bazzill card. The image from Stampin Up is inked with Archival ink and coloured with my promarkers. I then accented with my Faux sand(you can find the tutorial on my side bar or here) and some shells. The sun is hand made from some pale yellow card. Now you can see the DT's great inspirations and the sketch over at MAWTT here. My next project below is my postcard for the postcard swap over at UKStampers.
The Theme is Beauty. I used Tim Holtz stamps and distress inks for the flowers. the butterflies are from an Aspects of Design set from The Stamp Man and coloured with Promarkers. The background of the card is inked with Distress inks. Finally the flowers are dotted on using Smooch Distress ink and the Butterfly is covered with Glossy accents.

Not as many projects as I hoped to complete yesterday but we had a bit of a scare and wound up at the Hospital to see a doctor for Belle last night. She had some type of allergic reaction. By the time we got there she was covered from head to toe in hives. poor thing had them in her hair and back and everywhere. So between the high fevers, Ear infection and now the latest trip to the hospital it has been a crazy week. Miss Belle is much better now. The doctor gave her an antihistamine so most of the hives are gone. Fingers crossed she has no more problems this week.

Oh my goodness poor Belle and you too with all the worry. Glad she is feeling a bit better - hope it all gets sorted properly very soon.
